I downloaded that demo not to long after it was released. It ran like ass and was unplayable (bullets wern't registering so I couldn't kill anything.) It really reminded me of KZ2 if it had a Terminator setting and better graphics :P

Yeah its just a stand-alone game made with UDK (Unreal Engine 3. Its free now I think.) And its just one person also. He might have gotten help but the first demo was done by one guy im sure.
still runs like ass. 15fps on a gtx 280 is not excusable for unreal 3 and the level of graphics that game is giving.ferret-gamer
Yet that video looked smooth (didn't watch the whole thing though.) I'm not complaining as I stated earlier cause it's just one person, but you'd expect UE3 to run perfectly fine on any modern video card.

As a fan thing it's nice but I don't know if making an FPS about the future war is such a great idea. Really, it's just incredibly boring. Think the guy should use his talents elsewhere. He'll probably get a cease and desist eventually anyway.

I don't know why people focus on this yet ignore the other unique indie games on the horizon. Though, this guy is obviously putting a lot of effort into making this a first class game, so hopefully it turns out alright. After Future Shock the FPS genre deserves another good Terminator game.

Looks almost identicle to Killzone 2, boviousl not the T800 part, and the flying thing int he air but the gameplay animations looked like this guy plays lots of Killzone, or was inspired by its weighty feel. Still its crazy this is being done by one dude.
