Well maybe if most of them didn't suck and look like Gamecube launch titles, that wouldn't happen. :roll: A sheep attempting to hype Wii graphics is just asking for trouble. They always cry and say "hey grafix dunt matter!", yet they're constantly posting threads full of crappy jaggy infested screens, trying to act as if they look good! :lol:

BTW, XBox titles such as Fable, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, and Halo 2 completely obliterate Wii games in the graphics arena. If I have to make a comparison thread later, I will. Should be fun. :D

xbox "standards" aren't that good. There are plenty of PS2 titles that make me question why people even think xbox graphics were ever good, save for a couple of choice excepions that I can probably count on one hand.

Example: *2 large RPG's that have many diffrent lands and have multiple characters on-screen plus effects*

FFXII graphics+animation PS2 >>>>> KOTOR graphics+animation xbox, yet lemmings praised KOTOR as notpossible on PS2. Laughable.

those screens don't look that bad. It's definantly an impreovement, but There can be alot better looking games on PS2 and xbox.

On a high note, upon inspection, dragon Quest Sword does look better than KOTOR--the Best RPG xbox was said to have. But still not up to the standards of the Best PS2 RPGs out on the market which is dishartening.

In graphics Id's say. FFXII PS2>>Dragon Quest Sword wii>Kotor Xbox.

the Wii has one game that looks as slightly better (and that's pushing it) then a xbox game, Metroid Prime 3. The sad reality of that is that we still haven't seen ANYTHING from a 3rd party developer that even comes close to xbox launch standards. :|

The Wii is no XBox, thats pretty self evident. Not even Prime 3, sorry.

Maybe by the end of its life cycle it'll have games that look that good.

i still dont get why people say the wii is not as powerful as the xbox. i play my old xbox games on the 360 where they are upresed and i can say truthfully that galaxy and metriod prime 3 look better, move better and play better (when it come sto metriod prime 3) than any thing on the xbox.

I thought ninja gadien was a great game (not as good as devil may cry 3) and conker was a great remake but even i can see that the details on conker (the main chracter so has the most detail)are out done by random NPC's in galaxy. look at the mole or bee's in galaxy and you can tell the fur is so so so so much better and finer. jaggies aside galaxy looks great. just like prime 3. when i notice the jaggies at certain times i go what the f. then i realize it is in 480p and i go oh yea. they game is stunning in motion. lighting in the game beats most games i have played on the 360 and ps3. only gears i think has better lighting than prime 3 but there styles are so different it is forgivable.

Conker graphics > SMG graphics :lol:
