I think is the most entertaining game for the family that the PS3 has to offer. I enjoy playing it with my girlfriend and her sisters but alone isn't that entertaining anymore.

Ive had it since X-mas. I have played it everyday i could since. And for replay you need to find some good levels, and just play those. Look up on the web top 100 lvls or something like that Also the level creator is amazing and addict.
ugh he said who agrees not who disagrees. glad you enjoy lbp that much man, a expensive as games are these days it's a dream come true to get full bang for your buck.
its an amazing game, too bad i dont have much time to create levels (at least good ones :P)... but surely there are some talented guys out there who managed to create some really good ones..
I've never played a game this long. I got all the stickers. Aced all the levels. Downloaded the MGS pack and did the same for all of those levels. I'm one trophy away from getting 100% trophies in this game. I created 3 levels. Two of which have 4/5 star averages. The community if filled with incredibly nice people. The only prob is online play can sometimes be laggy. Amazing game. Probably my second fav game this gen next to Super Mario Galaxy. (242 stars of amazingness)
I'm wondering what the next level pack will be. It'll be hard to top MGS. Perhaps it will be Final Fantasy related. I'm one trophy away from considering myself done with this game. A new map pack would suck me back in tho! I kind of hope they don't come out with one lol. I need to make time for other games! Come on media molecule..thats just not fair!
wow maybe i should go ahead and get this game then. i was hesitant because it just didnt look that interesting to me and i dont have anyone i game with here at home so id mostly be doing it alone or onlien multi. anyways i may give it a rental or just buy it outright i dunno but i feel more inclined to give this game a shot now that i know soo many people give it the thumbs up

This. As far as platformers go SMG cannot be beat. I beat and never played it again. Maybe it is better but not more fun than LBP. And i have never had a girlfriend seeing im in middleschool and only ridiculously popular people have GF's
SMG is the better platformer. The better game is definitely LBP. Just being able to play it with friends, and the amount of silliness makes it an extremely enjoyable game. The only problem is the occasional lag fest when you get a crappy host. It's definitely not a game for the solitary gamer, or someone who can't appreciate a lighter sense of humour. Overall though, a brilliant game when played with friends.
I love the game, but I don't think it's all that much fun. The platforming aspects are kinda flawed. The floaty physics really hurt that aspect, which is pretty crucial for a platformer.

That's why I want it. I will play it with my girl and our kids. I don't see me playing it much alone after it has worn on me.
i liked it ok, but the actual gameplay was so bone crushingly mediocre im not sure ill play it again. i might pick up the psp version if they tighten up the controls.
I love it, they have a LittleDeadSpace level which rocks, the Bioshock one is cool and a Gears of War one which is also great. My best level is the Mirrors Edge one or Prince of Persia one.
I suck at LBP, seriously. I can play the levels fine easily enough, obviously, but the actual creation is indredibly hard. When people complain about the game it's usually people who can't be bothered to invest time to actually create some worth while content, that or people who havn't played the game and like to pretend it's soo hard to find good levels (Complete and utter liar, you can actually find the most hearted levels by using search in about 3 seconds and it's all in the same space. It's incredibly easy and I wish people would stop spreading these incredibly annoying lies. If it's 4/5 star with thousands of plays then play, it's simple.). Still hopefully I will get better at it when I'm in a creative mood. It's just right now I'm not feeling anything so I havn't played it an awful lot since I first got it.
