LBP on store shelves?

When i went to pick up Fable2 at midnight, i noticed that they had LBP on the shelves. I thought this was recalled?

Some stores decided to ignore the recall and sell the game anyways since there were no technical flaws.

Unfortunately for me Game Crazy was not one of them.

I think most stores who dont primarly sell games sold it. The costco by me was sellling 20, some guy came in and bought everyone before I could, or so the clerk says
