LBP2 AAA on Gametrailers 9.3

We live in a world where a port of a one year old game (ME2) gets a sticky and a newly released AAAE for PS3 doesn't....

Anyway, the game is pretty much AAA in all the places that matter, including GS.

Been playing it non-stop today, and the vs. games are genius. The platforming levels are awesome too, and feel a bit faster (pace-wise) than the first. Floaty controls are still there... the jumps actually feel a lot more natural on one of those jump spring pads.

Heard nothing but good things about it. I should download the demo and try it out (it has a demo, right?).

Edit: And like caseywegner said, the sticky was taken down. Stickies are only used to prevent floods of topics, and in the case of LBP2... the discussion died down rather quickly and there was no topics about it on the board.

It has a demo... but honestly the demo made me not want to get it. It made me think the game was more of the same as the first.

The single player campaign is actually pretty good, and was surprised it had an actual story with actual characters. I love the versus mini games... those make me feel like i'd never need to purchase a PSN mini game ever again.

Also Stevo, I need to apologize to you. I'll take GS's word over IGN's any day, and ME2 on PS2 is not superior over the 360 version. Remember this day, because it will never happen again!

Makes me sad :( It's a near perfect game aside from the controls... and I haven't even touched the creation aspect of it yet.

Oh, please. The community tools are the biggest part of the game and everyone knows it. Negative, negative, negative all the time. NAPK1NS

Definitely deserved. So far, LBP2 has been an awesome game. The jumps are still floaty, but much more responsive than in LBP.

It's a shame this game got overlooked in SW on release day because of the stupid argument over the ME2 GS review.
