Oh man im so excited for this game, after playing the beta gotta say this will be a one fantastic game, Sony have just announced the final release date coming Jan 18th/2011 with the final look at the boxart and the limited edition package:

Exactly my thinking. Unforunately I will not get any of the extras :x I'll just have to hide them :P

Man seriously LBP2 is miles better than LBP1. been playing the beta for so long now, its absolutely fantastic. why not trade in your LBP 1 copy towards LBP2? i'll probably do that since everything i made and everything i played on LBP 1 is going to be on LBP 2. graphics are also much better than the first. this is going to be a fanatastic game

Someone already made that on LBP2 there was a level i played a few weeks ago that had a similar style like in Final fantasy VII, i was just absolutely blown away by how amazing that was

The CE is actually SORT OF tempting because the bookends would be sweet for my collection :P. That said I probably wont get it haha. Hmm we will see.

Agreed, This is pretty much the best Limited Edition i'v seen so far and its only $80! heck imo it beats the GoW3 limited edition, hope you get it and enjoy it :)

imo i say that you gotta pre-order this as soon as possible even if your not sure yet, i mean for $80 you get a bunch of PSN avatars, bunch of DLC, amazing bookends and a plushie this will for sure be sold out fast, i mean they are saying that its limited. i pre-ordered this 2 months ago :P.

may preorder it jsut for the deal. Not really into the game that much but it should be pretty good
