lemmings explain whats so amazing about halo?

how is halo 2 so amazing?  counter strike hl2 death match multiplayer is just as good if not better than halos  farcry has a way better single player mode as does hl2 explain to me again why crysis is all flash and no substance?

I'm hermit and beleive me HL2 deathmatch is not better than Halo 2 online. Not even close actually. Wether you like it or not Halo 2 online is pretty much better than every PC FPS that wasn't designed for online from the ground up(ex: BF2, CS:S, UT2K4 etc... were all designed around online play and are better than Halo 2 online)

It's by far the best online shooter on consoles and still extremly fun from a"pc" standard.

It's a fun game.

IMO, the gameplay is a lot more cooler than a lot of the FPS that I've played. I also enjoy it because the atmosphere/universe along with the story.

Some people find somethings entertaining while others don't. If Halo was the massive hit that it is sometimes made out to be, everyone who owned an Xbox would own a copy. They don't... people have varying tastes and opinions in what is good and what is not. If you do not like Halo, then you do not like Halo, there will be no convincing otherwise.foxhound_fox

I never said a hate halo, but when lemmings call halo best fps I done see what makes it better than the games I named, and them saying halo3 will be best fps and crysis is all graphic with no gamepay. if crysis was on x360 that would change instantly

So halo 3 single player =quality of halo 1(ofcourse better)

multiplayer= pretty much halo 2 with balance tweaks, new guns, overhauled graphics, new vehicles etc...

halo doesn't really re-invent anything, but it's the best out of the best what it actually is doing, in my personal oppinion. played halo 3 beta, and was extremely fun. fun factor is what made me play halo 2 online so much,with friends ofcourse.

I think I figured out why people hate on Halo so much. It's because they go online thinking that they are good and get their asses kicked. Playing Halo online can be a pretty humbling experience and some people don't take it too well.

You know the type. after someone beats the crap out of them, they say:

"That game sucks anyway, I bet you won't do that in insert random game here"

It's not just a video game thing either. I've seen it happen in sports and other types of games...

I think they call those kinds of people sore losers.

...? I honestly don't see people posting that as often as you assume. Last time a guy said he loved Halo because it has the best story to him, he got flamed for about 3 pages.  Why do you care for Crysis so much? Your PC could'nt play Crysis even on MED settings:P
