I hear you. I think that argument is weak as well. I will say that 360 got a lot of games before the PS3 (yes I know the main reason was due to the 360 coming out earlier), so someone like myself that owns a 360 and a PS3 already bought a majority of the games out for the 360. In fact, I finished most games, before they were released on the PS3. Uncharted (lately) is the only thing I play on the PS3. I am looking forward to the exclusives in '08.

I question if Sony is still arrogant. Sure they are putting on a brave corporate face, but Sony isn't stupid. It knows it has made its share of missteps. It is still coming on strong though despite all these missteps.

Ps3 has games. It does'nt have a "Killer App" yet that makes the purchase of the console worthwhile.

I remember the days where a console had at least 1 classic released at launch....

i'd have to say the achievements add something that really makes ps3 games lack something, but thats why i enjoyed uncharted so much, but when im getting points and not unlockables i feel like achievements are almost like a job sometimes

Maybe if cows would deliberately stop misrepresenting others they would stop doing it to cows?

It makes me laugh at how cows take that statement so literally. Even the most moronic poster on system wars knows that the PS3 has games. What it doesn't have is the games that justifies all of the chest beating the cows have done here since E3 2005.

Now I know many of the cows here representin' the PS3 weren't here then, but they do their fare share and deserve the ridicule.

Remember the PS3 was supposed to destroy the 360 and nowhere in the realm of this reality is that even near the truth. So yeah, in comparison to the 360 library you could say the PS3 has no games. The library does not match the 360s in quality, never mind the quantity.

I have a PS3 and I must admit there are some good games on it, but it has a way to go. But cows convienently forget how they boasted that the PS3 would come out of the gate with all barrels blazing. All i've seen is a bunch of misfires.

Maybe if cows would shut their mouths and start buying all these supposed awesome, better-than-anything-on-Xbox360games, then they might have an easier time in SW. Actions speak louder than words.

Uncharted and R&C didn't break the Top 10 in sales and cows were claiming those games would push the PS3 over the x360 in sales.

In fact, one could argue the PS3 is now a shooter console since CoD4 was the top-selling game for it.

Tell you what: We'll agree to stop teasing your game selection if you agree to stop bringing up the Red Ring.

And I can't speak for anyone else, but I rent most of my games because buying them is a waste of money. And that has been and will be the case for every console i own. i wouldn't buy Bioshock, Mass Effect, Mario Galaxy, or any of those types of games. I beat them once and I'm done. I could care less about finding the lost this and the secret that.

If Gears was on PS3, I'd buy it. Not because is better single player but because of its MP. Gears gives you way more bang for your buck than Uncharted when you take into account the MP.

All 3 systems were almost out when GEOW launched. So actually, GEOW had to go up against 2 console launches and all their hype. Yet, GEOW managed to set next gen sales records.

Also, if cows are to be believed, then RFoM was just as good, if not better, than GEOW. So, that's one quality game to compare to GEOW, right?

i know it is getting tired, but sony is damage control mode right now, in a span of 2 months it lowered the playstation 3's price twice and introduced 2 new sku's, one with BC and one without. seriously i would have died an old man last gen, the ps2 took forever to drop to 150

What?!?! Its not a level playing field here, homes. Yes, when Gears came out 360 had a lower userbase then they do now. And, yes, it may be equal to where PS3 is now. But its still not the same. When Gears came out 360 had been out, on its own, for almost a year. So, it had that whole time, without any other console to counter, to gain momentum.

Should Uncharted be selling better? Hell, yes. But don't act like it has the same draw that Gears does. Its a single-player only, linear game.

What, are you combining 360 and PS3 sales for the A.C. figure? If not, and you're just taking PS3 sales into account, are A.C. and Uncharted the same type of game? No. Again, Uncharted is linear, A.C. is not. So, easily you can see where gamers might think that A.C. would give them a lot more play.

Did Gears come out when 360 launched? No, I think we've already established that. So, how is a game like Resistance going to sell as well as gears? Plus, and some cows may vary, I don't believe Resistance is as good as gears. Its close and was very impressive for a luanch title, but that's it.

I think that's more than enough. GAMES COST MONEY. Not everyone is willing to constantly cash out money so that they can feel better about the sales ratio... To be honest no one cares but you.

i've been here a while for almost a year and every month lemmings find something new to say but there starting to run out bad comments. all they say is just wait and no AAA which are both dumb as hell. the only way they can compliment their system is has more AAA games and americas the only country that matters. They can't brag about sales because only 5 million have been sold this year and the wii took first place. yes the 360 sold a lot in america but in the real world wide wide matters. jessie5788
