Lemmings..What goes around comes around.. With Sheep, Halo and forza

I find it kind of ironic how lemmings have been bashing the Sheep lately with the whole "Graphics is better than gameplay" argument. Here lately with games Like forza and Halo not living up to expectations graphically, it seems like Lemmings are getting a taste of their own medicine for bashing the sheep all along saying that 360 graphics are true next gen while claiming the wii is just a gamecube with a motion sensing controller.. My my how the tides have turned. Now that Forza and Halo arent delivering in the Graphics department its now "bu but Forza and Halo have awesome gameplay and thats all that matters" but just a few weeks ago all I heard from lemmings was "halo and Forza will ownz! Look at teh screenies 56k warning" but now they are not living up to graphical expectations, I find it funny how they are using the Graphics>>gameplay argument now

Me personally I always had a feeling Forza and Halo wouldnt be that much of a improvement over the xbox versions graphically. Thats why its so fun to own both consoles lol

So now we judge graphics before a game come out? I thought you Sony types would have learned your lesson after Killzone 2. Because last time I checked neither Forza 2 or Halo 3 were out.

Its denial. So far Halo 3 has been getting mixed reviews in the real world people stating it looks like Halo 2 but more polished and ive downloaded the forza demo, its not that pretty

um u cant judge forza 2 graphics or halo 3 graphics until they are out

I think the graphics for Halo 3 look terrific, maybe people are disappointed because it doesn't look like Gears, remember that Halo was styled for the last generation, so it will look less "immediately" impressive anyway. i think people should wait a little longer to pass judgement.Sapph0

i thought the graphics were great from the Beta videos then i came on SW and found out they were no better than Halo 2. Boy was I wrong. 

I don't see what the problem is with Halo 3's graphics. It looks amazing on my HDTV.

As for the Wii, lemmings (and cows) make fun of it's graphics because it can't do better then the Xbox 1 (and even the PS2 in some cases).

I understand where you are coming from, I am holding judgement because when I first saw Halo on the Xbox, I was not impressed, I spend some time with it and quickly realised my folly, I suppose I'm saying that Halo's graphics arent showy and take some time to appreciate.

I don't REALLY mind when people say that a game has graphics that don't live up to so and so standards based on screen shots and betas, but, judging gameplay before the game comes out??? That is going way over the line....

Errrr The Forza 2 demo is the most realistic driving sim I've ever played. Even better than GTR2 for pc. It's graphics are very realistic and I'm more than impressed with them. Cry all you want Forza 2 will be a 9.5 game and up.

Dude I can't belive people dog or praise a console becuse of the games that might come out, or some sort of screen shot. How can this poster know why type of display, and what resolutions the screen was captured in to make an informed decision. Another thing is why do people on SW judge a console based on what games that are on the horizon. To do so is a pure act of stupidity, and ultimatly a waste of ones time. Argue a about a console based on it's merits, the games that do exist right now for the console, that you can go buy in the store. It's childish to make posts like the one above, has this poster played the games, has he expericened the foreza2 demo, I'm sure that it would graphically blow away anything the WII can, and will do graphically for it's lifetime. This post has done nothing to change my mind, and probably any other mind that reads it. I'm not saying the 360 is better than the WII, becuse that is like saying an apple is better than an orange, yeah they are both fruit but they are completly different.

please stop posting garbage, halo looks miles better than anything the wii will ever make and better than any PS3 game out right now, Forza is a great looking title as well.

and gameplay wise i want to see a PS3 shooter come close to halo 3, resistance is garbage comapred to the halo series, and any good shooter that may come to the PS# will be awful because of their controller.

now stop hating on Halo 3, it is absolutly fine, the graphics are great, and we havent even seen single player footage yet so anything goes from here, but i find it funny that Halo 3 owns everything the PS3 has out in just its MP BETA in graphics.

i could make a thousand threads hating on Lairs graphics (like what you do to halo and the 360) because Lair isnt all too impressive its just the first PS3 game that looks close to great.

 Its not the fact that Halo3 or Forza aren't up to the graphics hype. Its the fact that sheep wont even see games that look as good on 360 "Ever". That's whats funny.  Graphics + Gameplay >>>>>> Gameplay alone.
