I remember looking through recent topics about games that need a sequel. But I failed to mention nor have I seen anyone else mention this game.
This was a pretty neat online game and I think it could be even better on the 360.

Man, Xbox games looked so boring last gen.
It's pretty crazy how much they stepped up this gen.

Yeah i know right..to tell you the truth im kind of shocked how well they have steped up this gen, what did they do fire everyone that worked on the first one. Its like its not even the same people runing it anymore which is great for us gamers.
Yeah I just randomly bought it cause it looked different. I did my research on it here and it actually got an 8.5. That's a pretty good score. IGN also gave it an 8.5 and scored and 82% on GR.
I just found out it is on the BC list so If I can find it I'll buy it again. Truly a hidden gem.

will do thanks
I think they make cooking mama now. jack_russel
They publish it. They stated that there is more money and less risk in casual games than hardcore games, and after the amazing Psychonauts failed to achieve success, I cannot say I blame them.
No you guys. The game was great. Gamespot even gave it an 8.5 Review I can't believe nobody remembers this.jack_russel
 FLOP! WHAT A FLOP! SOMEONE DIG UP SOME OLD THREADS!
What a flop! :lol::lol::lol:
(joking)
Are you kidding? I mention this game in 'most underrated game' threads every chance I get. Some games are considered underrated, but everyone knows about them. Phantom Dust is a game that nobody ever really gave a chance, but it's really quite good. It's the best fusion of CCG-style collecting and deck-building and 3D action gameplay that I've seen to date.
I used to put it in my Xbox every now and then, but since I got a 360, I stopped playing it, because I really don't feel like going through the whole singleplayer game again in order to build up a decent arsenal, and I don't use my Xbox anymore. But it's one of the better games out there on Xbox Live, and I bet there are still a few people online, though not many.
I'd love for that game to get a sequel, but I can't imagine it happening after its disappointing sales. It was made by Microsoft Game Studios Japan (the guy behind Panzer Dragoon was directing it, I think), but they dropped it for US release, and Majesco had to pick it up to publish, releasing it at $20. What a steal. It's a shame that everyone passed it by.
Sorry if I missed your posts about this game. And I do remember it being only 19.99 so that may have been another important indicator of why I decided to buy this game. Are you kidding? Phantom Dust and Breakdown were like my 2 favorite Xbox games.

Same.
I remember this game EXTREMEMLY well, because I got to the end of the game and instead of loading my file (pressing A) I deleted it (pressing X).
Never played it again after that, despite loving it so much.

Mine were Ninja Gaiden and Chronicles of Riddick.
But yeah I remember playing the Phantom Dust demo. I remember it's kinda like a card game, because you use attack cards or whatever to attack, something like that.

That's why I stopped playing too. I Don't want to start over, which is a shame. That poses the question, when the next XBOX comes out, will we have no Memory card adapters again?
That's one thing Sony did right with the PS3, and something I would like to see in the Next Xbox, the ability to play my 360 SAVES...
Great games this gen, and games like Phantom Dust, deserve to get played more often.
That was my favorite Xbox game last gen.
