Look at the US hardware charts, and the total sales and then understand why us lemmings don't consider PS3 our competiton any longer.

Xbox 360 - 366,000 US (12.4 million Worldwide total)

PlayStation 3 - 121,000 US (5.6 million Worldwide total) WAH! WAHHH!! :lol:

OH crap! I guess Kojima is gonna scrap MGS4 and no more games in '08 (LBP, Killzone 2, RE5, PS Home,Final Fantasy, Tekken 6, and GT5). Should have boughtM$hooter and Super Mario Whore while I had the chance.....:roll:

If you look at PSP most lemmings or sheep say 'PSP is dead' actually its not dead, it still sells decently, games are released frequently for it- but it has been trounced by the DS so its considered 'dead'

Only a stupid ass that has his head all the way far up there ass would say that the ps3 is dead. I mean how in the hell would anybody say something like that and dont even wait for the outcome before looking ahead in your crystal ball. I mean first they say ps3 is a flop, look at the poor sales and yet after its first year it sold almost the same ammount as the xbox 360 did in its first year, and the PS3 has done this with a ridiculous price tag it had at launch at $599 and had competition around to compete against while the xbox 360 had none at all in its first year to even go up against. So if anything if the ps3 is a failure then I guess the xbox 360 is a failure if we go by there logic.

Right now the ps3 seriously from my personal point of view and a owner of both an xbox 360 and a ps3. The first half year for the ps3 was a bit of a drag and was suffering from not having many games but resistance was holding it down for me and still is very fun to play, and I was kind of doubting the ps3 early in the first half but once motorstorm, virtua fighter, ninja gaiden sigma and from there on out started coming out. It restored my faith for the ps3 and I can gladly say that I honestly am enjoying my ps3 alot more now days then I have been in the first half of its first year. I currently bought COD4 and Assassins Creed for my PS3 and im looking forward to buying Uncharted Drakes Fortune for it and Mass Effect for my xbox 360. :)

So if thats the definition for, "The PS3 is Dead". And the ps3 ends up having a long cycle of years as the psx and ps2 has and is successfull even if it still ends up third. Then what is the definition for other consoles that really failed mean such as, "The Dreamcast is Dead" or, "The Xbox is Dead"? Since they were really failures?

I am an american and I wouldn't have a 360 even if it was free. Over the years I have found that so many american products are just cheaply made and sold at a premium price. Most everything in my home are from other counties because of this.

Its this thing, it plays movies, and they look good.

360 is doing marginaly better than the Xbox. It's really bad when you look at it seen it has have a year advantange, currently has the most games and the higher rated ones. Considering the quality of the games and extensiveness of its library, it should be beating Ps2 sales rate but it is faling to even surpass the Wii.

The situalition is only gonna get worst once most wanted Ps3 and Wii libraries gets better and Ps3's price reaches competitive levels.

Man, I freakin' love Japanese RPG's. I LOVE them....

....but the PS3 doesn't have any right now, and I hear 360 is getting Disgaea and Atlas games? WTF man. How can the most japanese company ever be developing for Microsoft, lol? I'm not getting a PS3 till XIII comes out and scores a AAA rating, especially with all the talk of games like Kingdom Hearts losing exclusivity, and Namco developing Jrpgs souly for the Wii, man that's sex.

PS3 needs to know that JRPGs are what kept it so far in first place last gen. Even now, awesome jrpgs are coming out for the PS2, but none on the PS3, wtf?

Did sony think that since its graphics were improved, it could leave out the genre that its fans love the most, because fps games will look really good on it now?

The PS3 is failing because it tried to be the Xbox 360, instead of the PS3. Play to your strengths. Why do they think nintendo is doing so well? Did Nintendo copy sony when the gamecube failed? Hell no, lol.
