I saw a comparison on gametrailers where the textures on the PS3 load faster. Other than that, they were the exact same. Sites like the one the TC posted only try to fuel the fire of the console wars. Why? So we'll visit their site. Its a classic journalistic ploy.rhaigun

That;s because it ran from the HD. Do that on the 360 and it'll probably be as fast or faster.

Id take crisper and high res textures than bloom, SSAO and shadow maps. I remember playing Borderlands in my friends house on the 360 and there is a lot of texture popping. The PS3 version looks way clearer. Nonstop-Madness

Does that mean LENS is okay now, Batman AA on PS3 is better according to LENS, so I know that fanboy's change between Lens, Digital Foundry, GT, and IGN when it suits their needs.

Well I'm not surprised, I rented it on PS3 and before you bash me, check my PSN ID, and the 360 version looks better in those screenshots I saw in the link.

Uh no it was clearly the online issue. Like i said if u look really hard enough you could proboly find something,but then your missing the whole point of being a gamer.

How is the PC irrelevant? This discussion is about which version of Borderlands looks best and the PC is one of the systems it was released on, whereas the Wii is not. I see posters dragging the PC into PS3 vs 360 threads all the time, what makes this one special.

If you can't see a difference between these 2 shots or think the 360 looks better then you need to see a doctor. There is no fanboy junk needed to see the difference.

From those shots, I actually prefered the PS3 version (not that it looked bad on either). I haven't seen either console version in motion, so it would be unfair to judge which is best.

The game looks fantastic on my PC as well...

personally, i've played my borderlands 360 copy online, and borderlands PS3 split screen at a friends house. i really couldn't tell a difference at all. i heard that online was an issue on psn at first, but it was quickly fixed with a patch. pretty much identical here.

Pretty surprised at the decision based on their shots. The PS3 looks clearly better here.
