Besides useing it as a blue ray player. Honestly why would you buy the PS3 over a Xbox 360? :|

The only must have game for PS3 is MGS4. Everyother game has a better counter part on Xbox 360 (My opinion, gamespot's opinion.)

Free online, the other exclusive games you haven't listed. Future games. Prefer the controller, need wireless connection.

seriously, guys relax, its just Tekken 6. if GTA IV and FFXIII could go multi, people should not be surprised about this. its not the end of the world. in fact its a good thing, it will make Sony step up their game.

Gamewise, there's plenty to look forward to on the PS3. LBP, Resistance 2, KZ2, God of War 3.

Existing, there are plenty of games like Uncharted and MGS4, GT5Prologue, Warhawk and some really unique downloadable games.

i refuse to pay to play (online), i hate the annoying kids on xbox (although there are many cool and funny ppl ill admit), i like the exclusives better (mgs, uncharted, gow, and lbp looks great), umm blu-ray (cant wait for darkknight), many friends have ps3 (Aswell as 360s), and ps3 core.

If you can still find the 40GB model, they are selling for $349, but once they are gone, they're gone. If not, then wait til after-Thanksgiving sales...Im sure some stores will have a deal on the PS3

It has the games that I prefer (not that I do not like Xbox games--- I love Castle Crashers and Gears, Halo though, was never that great in my opinion) However, the PS3 has amazing games "just not MGS"

Its kinda sad that your opinions are GS opinions. How about making your own instead of following a website, youll be surprised to see how awesome the games are for PS3.

I also love free online and no batteries for controllers.

While its true that some of the PS3's best ex-exclusives have came to the 360 (GTA4, DMC4) and some are coming (Tekken 6, Final fantasy) this doesnt take away the fact that all these games have flopped. I mean lets face it, GTA4 had lost its GTA feel and DMC4 was lame. This is due to the developers only putting in 50% of their effort for the actual game. The other 50% was directed at the difficulty of making it for both consoles. Taking away from the potential of both games.

Some previous Xbox 360 exclusives are coming to the PS3 (believe it or not). These include Saints row 2 and Eternal Sonata e.t.c

Plus, the PS3 has free online, no price for recharging controllers, blu-ray playback and some great upcoming EXCLUSIVES including Resistance 2, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm, Killzone 2, Motorstorm: Pacific rift, GT5, inFamous and most importantly God of war 3. MGS4 is another reason.

Yeah, it is lame. Atleast you can buy HDMI cables for your PS3 for less than 10 dollars off amazon or newegg. The 360 doesnt have WiFI so thats kinda annoying though.. I believe it costs 100 bucks. Whatever, all system have their flaws

If you have an HDTV, why wouldn't you have a HDMI cable? And if you don't, why would you complain about something that is less than $10? It also didn't come with a Optical cable, are you upset about that too? I can't believe the fanboys nowadays, running out of things to complain about I guess.

Stop whining and just except the point that it's lame that it doesn't come with a component cable. Guess what mate? I have an HDTV, and I didn't have an HDMI cable. So when I got my PS3 home I had to play it in SD for a few days while I waited for mine to ship. It's lame get over it.

More exclusive games for my tastes and the system will end up costing me less money than buying a 360 would have. It is a no-brainer really. Great reliable hardware is just icing on the cake.

blu-ray first off second it has great exclusives free online, a great controller, stable hardware, and just a long life span

Free (Inferior) online, (one or two) other exclusives you haven't listed. (Possible) future games (that arent ported to 360 already). Prefer the controller (of the 360), need wireless connection (for drop outs and lag, otherwise use the lan port, no need to spend money on a wireless adapter if you don't NEED it).
