Let's look at the exclusives the Wii U will get.

• Bayonetta 2
• Yarn Yoshi
• Project X
• The Wonderful 101
• Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem
• Mario Kart
• Super Mario
• The Legend of Zelda

...And probably some more to be announced at E3.

The Wii U can fail saleswise, but at least it can have quality exclusives just like the GC.

A side scrolling 3D Metroid would be the only other acceptable option, but I would much rather have another Prime as Prime had an immersion factor that the 2D games (as amazing as they were) just didn't have.

Which ones aren't announced. :? I apologize for my ignorance :cry: but I thought that all of those games were announced to be shown at E3? And there should be two Zeldas there; Wind Waker U and then the new Wii U title that will come in a couple years.

It depends on the console they release it for. If it's on the 3DS I'd rather have it be really nice 2d rather than crappy 3d, but if it's on the WiiU, they should have really nice 3d in a side scrolling enviornment ala Trine 2.

We don't know that for sure yet. They've mentioned some functionality between the 3DS and Wii U games and the two being different experiences but nothing has been confirmed. Until we know more about the game I'm not sure if it would be right to call the games exclusive or not.
