Eeeh, all games on the 360 is published by MS. Same with the PS3. All games on the PS3 are published by Sony.

Um... Fable 2 is as first party as first party can get. The only onw on that list that's 3rd is Saints Row(not published by Microsoft).

EDIT: Games published by MS doesn't count?, well, i have no idea about what games will be published by MS, but the games i mentioned are made by third party companies, who cares if MS/sony publish them since they dont make these games..

Gears 2 as of now is exclusive to the 360 and Cry On and Ninja Blade will be published by Mcirosoft.

Well, Lwft4Dead is console exclusive and Bioshock 2 as of now is also.

Splinter Cell: Conviction 5 but that is being shared with the PC. It isn't exclusive, but teh PS3 isn't getting it. ALso Cry On is another third party exlcusive.too_much_eslim

First, bioshock 2 is announced for PS3/X360/PC on 2009, not X360/PC only.

Second, Cry on's publisher is AQ interactive, not cavia, still, not microsoft.

Third, add Race pro, Mass effect 2, and Splinter cell 5
