LIVE will soon be worse than PSN

Think about it. Players use LIVE and PSN to play multiplayer games. With the latest update, PSN is already close in features to LIVE now. When Resistance 2, MAG, HOME, and other MMOs by NcSoft come out, the biggest multiplayer games will call the PSN their home because only the PS3 has enough power to run them.

What use is LIVE if the 360 isn't powerful enough for huge FPS multiplayers? Why spend $50 every year when you can't play the biggest online games?

Like Huxley that will feature 300+ players online?

I think it has been stated before, but if the game isn't fun who cares how many people are playing online.

Oh and Xbox 360 has MMO's too, Age of Conan, Champions Online, and APB.

There were beta videos back in the spring. Hell, it has more footage then M.A.G. currently.

HAHAHAHA....hold on....must....catch breath....laughing....too hard. They are nowhere close to matching Live's features. Listen, I love PSN and the fact that it is free, but Live still is a better service. The fact that you can't even initially connect a headset to your PS3 without struggle is embarrasing, that's not even mentioning the problems with in-game communication I've had in games like Warhawk, Resistance, and MGO.

After using both services quite substantially, PSN still has a lot to work on, and Live looks like its fall update will widen the gap even further before it starts to shrink. PSN is making strides no doubt about it, but it will not be "soon" before PSN even catches up to Live.

Yeah, because the words "soon" and "Home" and "M.A.G." are always meant to be together right? :roll:

Yeah, PSN will be improved with time, but also will Live.

And, Live still is the only place for consoles to play Gears and Halo 3 online (and, of course, Gears 2!)

It seems pretty solid, after shadowrun people are lowering their standards for this types of games, i think it looks pretty fun.

I have heard this same threat since PS3 launched. When PSN becomes better I will use my PS3 more for Multiplat online games. Although if Sony has taught me anything this generation its that I shouldn't hold my breath.

Huxley could dominate M.A.G. for all we know. We really know nothing about M.A.G.
