Livery editor in GT5? (rumour) *screens*

I've been reading about a number of cars in the TGS demo having odd decals, credit to magicalgin@gtplanet for spotting.

Perhaps it's reaching to hope for an editor, what do you think?

I don't really see a point to Liverys in a GT game. But I would like to see some real car customization like, carbon fiber hoods, new tail lights, etc..
