For the same reason companies like Capcom, Konami, and Sega choose to port games rather than making full fledged great games... because it's the wii. They already know who's buying the wii (soccer moms, grandparents, and non-gamers) you think they'll buy Lost Planet, Devil May Cry 4, or Street Fighter 4? This game would outsell those games in a heartbeat.. And I honestly find that kinda sad for the hardcore sheep..

Looking at all these crappy 3rd party Wii games makes me more thankful for all the amazing ones coming to PS3 and 360.

Ubisoft shouldn't need to have its hand held when making games on the Wii. They should easily be able to make great games with the cheaper dev kits. They should take a lession from Capcom.

Damn, why is it that Ubisoft doesn't actually take the time to develop a good game on the Wii? Nintendo has proven time and time again that the Wii is far more capable then people expect, yet its 3rd party devs like Ubi that just keep piling on the shovelware.

Come on friend... Ubisoft is like every other company out there... They look at the wii as a cash cow... They don't want to invest too much money into deving a game, but expect profits for their efforts. Why? Because they study the market and the audience of the wii... COD4 and Assasins Creed combined for like 7-8 million on the 360 alone.. Zak and Wiki and NMH, I'm willing to bet, didn't even crack 500k. Why should companies waste their time if people are only gonna buy wiiplay and Mario games?

Im only anticipating PoP4 from them, and BG&E2.

They should know why they're games dont sell on Wii. No one buys shovelware. Party games are a different story.

Seems fair, Ps3/360 get BG&E2, HAWX, New Prince of Persia, and Far Cry 2. Nintendo gets Dogz and that snowboarding game.
