Look at this scenario. It's real. It omens PS3 fall

Please, right now, before you start listing the OMFG SHT UP YOU SHEEP/LEMMING, or with giant lists of games coming even to Wii please read.

Right now Wii has sold roughly  4 million units, in, say... a month, while PS3 hardly reaches half of this sales. I know that Wii is half as cheap, but those arguments only count on chocolates or things like that, when someone ACTUALLY buys the same product twice or thrice, and is pretty normal, so this logic does not apply.

On america there have been reports of PS3`s in stock just waiting to be taken, while Wii's are still hard to find. During last holidays, Wii was one of the hottest items, while PS3 was... well. PS3 was for sale.

Europe hasn't had PS3 news since the last delay... so, here is no much to argue (don't come with delay= hype, because it is not true Delay=p1$$3d consumers).

Japan, was, from last thing I heard at 1PS3 for each Wii. Let's be fair and say that Wii stopped selling like crazy. Still it would be 3 to 1 or, even 2-1, which in sales is too much.

As for their games, most of them are in this category:
"They are great games, but not worth the 600 bucks I invested"

Wii is not the only console on the market. I was not forgetting 360.

360 has the superb wonder of being a console with a target market EXTREMELY SIMILAR (if not equal...). And guess what. It, though is not the best selling console ever, is selling steady and nice, which leads only to one outcome.  360 is taking their audience in the right way, and in the process, taking audience AWAY from PS.

One of PS3's biggest troubles is that many of the games in their library are either on 360 (some even on Wii), or will be launched ALSO on 360, which happens to be more time in market, and is cheaper, AND with a great online proved system.

Even inside the company, there are grim faces. There have been several with major changes from representatives and chairmen  INSIDE SCEA. Guess why? YES it is because plans failed and development hasn't been as planned. Success is far from their  expectatives.

Yes. There are  nice games coming to PS3. MGS4, FFXIII and Heavenly Sword, but,  Those are 3 the only  4 games that surely rock. The rest have been either flops or dissapointments. Just Gengi and Motorstorm.

All this is a grim view. How can PS3 make a comeback?? My best guess is it can`t???

no. The fact that you turned a blind eye to the PS3's lybraries, by antecipating that the titles aren't that good gives you small credit. Anyone could do that to any system. Like: all xbox360 has is Halo3, Gears of War. The rest is overrated and not proven good titles. It's a lie, everyone knows, just like what you said in the OP.

You don't know the reason why people will buy the system when it costs 300 $ in 3 years. They might buy it for gaming blu-ray and any other purpose. Don't even state that the games aren't good. Mgs2 sold 7.8, mgs3 5 million, what do you expect mgs4 not to sell really well? Do you expect that it isn't a reason for some people to buy a ps3. Now tekken. A series that always sold millions. TEkken 4 the last ps2 game sold around 2.14 million.  DO you expect the sales of tekken 6 to diminish sales so much due to it being on the ps3. FF is one of the biggest series. Not one ff game has sold less then 1 million. Do you expect the sales to diminish being on the ps3?Now their are numerous new titles that have huge chances of getting a million sold. Uncharted: Drake's fortune, rfom (which will happen around febuary when it breaks a million), heavenly sword, motorstorm, socom, lair, and including the non exclusives, madden, half life 2, gta4, burnout 5, stranglehold, and possibly oblivion and unreal tournament.

Here are my expectations for total sales after 2007:

Wii: Around 20 million

PS3: Around 12 million

Xbox 360:Around 14 million.
