It's usually later in the year. Halo 3 will probably be in your hands before X07.

Bungie isn't going to have time to geta demo out before Halo 3 ships. After the game is released they might make a demo for it.

Sony didn't even show offhalf of the games they have for 08, let alone the ones not announced yet, like the next Team Ico game. The only 08 games they showed were MGS4, GT5, and Killzone 2.

Where was Tekken 6?
White Knight Story?
FFXIII?
FFVXIII
The Getaway?
Wardevil?
LA Noire?
8 Days?
etc. etc.

But they showed tons of 07 games:

R&C Future
Uncharted
Heavenly Sword
Lair
Warhawk
Socom
Folklore
UT3
Haze

Plus every multiplat game in the works.

Do you really think HALO needs a demo though, are there gamers out there that are gonna download it, saying to themselves.... "hmmmm..... some game called Halo3 is on the marketplace.... you want me to download it?", "Ummm, sure what kinda game is it?", "I dunno"

I dont think thats gonna happen. And if you're gonna buy Halo, is anyone really gonna say, "ahh.... I'm waiting for the demo, to make sure its a good game" ???

Pretty much the winner...When is LBP again...Summer 08. FFXIII? Earliest is Summer 08(Most guess Winter 08), MGS4? March 08 earliest...Killzone...08 again...

If they focused on 07...What do we get? Reharsh Rachet and Clank? Heavenly Sword(Read the previews on gaf...Gameplay isn't all too good..most you see are the QTEs), Reharsh of Socom maps...A medicore Warhawks? In the middle of probably the greatest FPS season ever...Why waste money on an online only, 5maps, crap. Halo 3, COD4, Quake Wars, UT3, Half Life 2 Ep 2, Crysis, and quite a few more. And some Demos for GT and LBP...Great 07 season we have there

X07 is certainely when we'll be more about 2008.

I expect Alan Wake, Too Human, Halo Wars, maybe even a Gears of War 2 announcement from X07, plus lotsa new games for us to be excited about which will make the PS3 fanboys a bit scared and feeling stupid for trying to convince themselves they've won in the future before seeing their opponents hand.

they had so many great games for this year that they didn't need to mention 2008 at E3

i'm sure they'll have a great line-up .. resi 5 and banjo 3 already have be excited

• September is Heavenly Sword
• October games are Folklore, hotshots golf and ratchet and clank
• November games are Uncharted, UT3, Haze and Time Crisis
• Games that are coming this fall but no specific date: Socom and Wipeout HD

The way I see it their line-up is uber hot. And they also used E3 to promote their holiday line-up. From the interviews I read they are gonna use Liepzig and TGS to promote/anounce their 2008 titles like:

Wardevil, team ICO game, FF13, White Knight, 8 days, the getaway etc...

I didn't mean a demo on marketplace, I mean Frankie up on stage demoing it to the public.
