Looks like Prey 2 is going to be more like Call of Duty: Black Ops.

And supposedly it will still use the doom 3 engine.

Its confirmed that its using idTech 5. First one was a shooter, this ones a shooter, judging from the cover, looks like a true sequel to me.

I liked the Doom 3 engine but that game was made in 2005? Hope they upgrade it a little. Cant wait to see some gameplay. But in what way does that Magazine cover show that itll be like Black ops?

i feel that we should wait for a bit more info, but if it really is CoDized, i think i will go shoot the developers for ruining another potentially great series (except for Deus ex, portal 2 and brink, i am basically refusing to buy another shooter ever again after seeing the rise in the CoD-ish type of shooter. it was fun for a while, but now everybodies doing and its getting super annoying). all it needs is a few more guns(the first one had really awesome, disgusting weapons, like the minigun/grenade launcher), more done with the spirit mode, better AI, harder puzzles, more enemy variety, keep the two fire modes per gun, no aiming down the sights, and more vagina doors
