It is more then a fair price. It has more to it then most full priced retail games being release. 10-20 is more then most games and then add in the new songs, new weapons, new vehicles, and so on.

This DLC is like 10 hours minimum, so that's like longer than most games, also there won't be any new GTA game anytime soon, so this is a definite potential purchase.

I'm guessing the main storyline is going to be a lot shorter than the PR numbers being released, but I'll still be satisfied with 7 hours of story and 5-10 hours of side things/messing around.
