I havent seen any hyped games that have flopped in this last few months, Zelda didnt flop, neither did gears or resistance, and bungie wouldent allow Halo 3 to go out in a state where there know it wouldent please there fans, Halo 3 is going to be brilliant Im sure of it.

I think GOTY is strongly on the side of PS and Wii sinces they have more proven titles coming out which have higher chances of scoring well. Except form this year and Zelda scandal.
you haven't played GoW have you? Yeah, I thought not. '07 MGS4, unless ofcourse it's a flop like MGS3. '08 RE5 is multiplatform. I'd be happy with it winning.

anyway i agree with u .. although iam not 100 % sure that a 360 game will get 07 GOTY.. depends on how halo 3 will turn out or Mass Effect because there's MGS4 and DMC4 coming for the ps3.. i dont know... we'll have to wait and see..

keep praying for that. Show me quality developers and quality titles coming out of Guerilla Games...show me that they've hired develoeprs away from Epic, Bungie AND Valve...then I'll suggest to you that KillZone 2 can live up to that trailer.

Does anyone have any info on halo 3, besides the trailer and the muliplayer demo or beta?? Not taking sides but it's being a little overhyped for some game no one know what it's about besides, ending the halo trilogy
Here on GS, I have no clue, but in 06 Zelda will take the majority of the GOTY awards, only no here. I know for sure it will be GOTY for Gameinformer because they alread said it. And most likely IGN too, and probably 1 up, ect.

The Wii games don't have a prayer for GoTY...but they'll be awesome and well worth the price of admission. the 360 clearly has the inside track to GoTY for the next 3 awards here at GS.

You may be right, but Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime, and Super Smash Brawl for Wii might give the 360 a run for its money, youd have to admin that. Oh absolutely. But only if the Wiimote absolutely sings. because the graphics are subpar due to the power limitations of the system, AAA Wii games have to be justified by the Wiimote. That may be a tough trick to pull out. We'll see.

I wonder how crazy the boards would get if Zelda still got its score but somehow got GOTY here, it would be crazily insane, mabye worse that yesterday.
