Just finished listening to the newest 1up podcast....they said that it's been confirmed that both NCAA and Madden 2008 will run at a silky smooth 60fps on the 360.....but will run at 30fps on the PS3. They're not sure why there's a difference...but they're trying to find out.

Nope, they just don't care to put effort into a game they feel is on a console with a small user base.
