Hmmm... I think it could, but it is hard to tell. Unless september 25th is considered a holiday then it totally will outsell the PS3

Not in America with xbox + Halo 3 combo. But world-wide when you factor in Japan and Europe then maybe, it's possible.

Have you even seen Japanese console sales over the last 2 months? Even the Wii can't sell 20K aweek any more. The PS3 edges out the 360 over there on a monthly basis of about 30 to 40 thousand. That is nothing compared to the near 500K the 360 outsold the PS3 in NA in just September alone and lets not forget Europe and Australia where the 360 outsells the PS3 as well.

After reading your sig. True gamers huh? Do you honestly think Microsoft gives a crap whether you're a hardcore gamer or not? As long as you buy the games, and the hardware, they're happy. The said thing about hardcore 360 fans, is that they're willing to dish out money for a completely new 360 because it's a Halo 3 Special Edition. It lacks anything special as it's merely a cosmetic change, and nothing more. They'll do that, but they can't dish out $599 for a console that offers more out of the box? Wow! Aren't you lemmings smart.

lol, not much point in talking to you I see, but out of curiosity, what exactly makes you think I "fear" anything? We're discussing some machines here. I couldn't care less if the 360 destroys the PS3 in sales or vice versa. I have them both, and they each have some good exclusives. I happen to think the PS3 is a better machine, and has/will have better games. Not only that, but Bluray, and WiFi out of the box is an awesome bonus.

Ok, I know why you said you can smell my fear now. You didn't have anything relevant to say, so not unlike your first post, you decided to just type some random fanboy garbage.

No kidding. The 360 was already leading the PS3 by about 7 million in sales. It just put another 600K to 700K between the two systems if you factor in WW numbers for the month of September. By the end of the holiday I would be surprised to see the 360 in front of the PS3 by 9 to 10 million units.
