And it's not going to make sense because of No More Heroes's review of 9.0.
So far, the game's problems are:
- Wonkey Camera: No More Heroes had a camera that worked perfectly about 70% of the time.
- Bad bike areas: Travis's bike looks to be worse.
- Repetitive Kills: No More Heroes had the same type of kills over and over but this didn't seem to be a problem in Gamespot's review.
- Too short: No More Heroes was a longer game, but Mad World apparently has better replay value (according to reviews).
On top of all of this, No More Heroes won Wii Game of the Year despite being scored lower than Brawl.... and yet I still see Gamespot giving MadWorld a much lower score for problems very similar to No More Hero's even WITH:
- A gorgeous Wii engine that displays particle effects without frame-rate problems like No More Heroes.
- Much more engaging enemies that are not carbon copies of each other.
- It looks to have better mini-games than No More Heroe's mediocre chores.
- there are several different weapons and thus several more ways to kill enemies than in No More Heroes.
- More bosses and actual mid-level bosses as well.
- The audio is probably even with No More Heroes having a retro feel and MadWorld having hip-hop.
I don't know why, but I can just see MadWorld getting massacred by Gamespot. Get ready.... hopefully sometime this week. >_>
[EDIT]Yup... I was right: 7.5
