PC shooters are held to much higher standards....a 9.3 is an amazing score for a PC shooter when you consider that Half Life, despite being considered one of the best shooters of all time....only scored a 9.2.

If you've played Mafia, you'd know that its clearly better than GTA3, but not better than VC and SA because of its lack of content. But the Mafia franchise is still young and has lots of potential, so there is a chance that it will be better than GTA4...

This might sound funny considering my avatar but Mafia is better than GTA. GTA3 was good but from there they just re-hashed it. I hope Mafia 2 is as good as the first game was.JimmyT2

The time between Mafia and next game in the series will be longer than between GTA: VC and GTA3 or even GTA: SA and GTA3. I doubt Mafia 2 will be much of a re-hash but even if it is it won't feel like one as much as with GTA because of the technology difference between Mafia and Mafia 2.

Naw, Mafia had great missions, but free-roaming was a bore.

Both Mafia and GTA 3/Vice kicked Godfather's ass though :P
