I think that Mag and Uncharted are the PS3's best games they showed. If mag works out then it does look good. The only thing I wonder how long can it sustain 256 people? After 6 months will it only be 60 on each side? From what it seemed you almost have to have the full amount of people.
128 each side- 4 platoons-people ont he helicopters-anti aircraft guns and so on

got no doubts, 1st day buy for me if it gets positive previews and maybe some positive feedback from an eventual beta testing phase...
Visually though not on KZ2 levels, it does look good considering the huge maps & hundreds of players online it will have..
Look dull. I'm not seeing the attraction. I just think people are stupid and they see "250 players online" and jump all over it. I honestly couldn't care how many are online, getting 250 people into a game will be tricky but getting 250 people to cooperate and work together as teams is an impossible task. ESPECIALLY for a network majorly lacking microphones.
The game is going to be one giant cluster **** and it just seems to play like a normal run of the mill shooter. I saw nothing special.
This game has so much pontential but to behonest the gameplay shown wasnt anything special. It was meh
I don't know it seems like its all seperate when i get told its actually 256 people againest each other instead of just you and your team incapable of interacting beyond orders and such with other teams and enemies of other teams.
Like if i wanted in a game, i could airstrike an enemy team fighting with another team, or unload some bullets into them.
Does the game support squads like Battlefield series? If it doesn't, then I wouldn't want to be in a game listening to 128 people talking back and forth lol.Look dull. I'm not seeing the attraction. i understand your concerns and partially agree... However its not the game's fault if people forget they are on a team and just go solo.. this happens in practically all shooters which offer team-based mp..
So if there is a game with a huge amount of players & offers an interesting way of squad-based co-op, its fine for me... as long as devs manage to create huge varied maps & solid gameplay..
Thats over doing it. I agree the graphics aren't the best out there, but definitely not "last-gen" I think people have forgotten what last gen looks like. Boot up your Xbox/PS2 and remind yourself :?impressive but the graphics are last gen.

There's squads and platoons, but I dont know if theres a commander controlling them all. Atleast Platoon leaders>Squad leaders> Soldier. Why are you Sony fanboys so hyped about this game? Graphically it holds nothing to Modern Warfare 2, Battlefield Bad Co. 2 or Halo ODST. From a technical standpoint, why does having 128 per side equate to a stellar gaming experience for you? To me it sounds like nothing but a cluster *@#! and on top of that, it will be a spawn campers paradise. Imo, only the most hardcore need apply for this game and I can see serious issues with actually getting full games. To me this game smells like a 6 or 7.

While 128p voip would just be retarded beyond all belief, the comms system shouldn't be the one from Battlefield. They should take the comms system from KZ2/SOCOM/(Maybe some other games I haven't played). Basically you can talk to your squad no matter where they are, but you can also talk to people near you regardless of team or squad. I can't even recall the amount of times I've watched an entire squad in BF get taken out by a well placed claymore because I wasn't in their squad and couldn't type it in in time... :(Look dull.
