!!!! Man the next GTA HAS to be in RIO DE JANEIRO!!!

The next gta 4 looks sweet and all in New York. but I was just thinking about after GTA 4, where will it be? in my opinion Rio would be the most amazing GTA EVER!!! I lived there for 12 years, and it would really b sumtin special to have that city in a game!!

And then there's all the wholesale 1970's Russian military equipment just laying around to blow stuff up with. You could use Saddam's Gold-Plated Uzi too!

this was a great post man - i highly agree. even with the other cities mentioned, i think rio is above all the absolute best place for a GTA game - the amount of potential there is just incredible and it'd have some gorgeous scenery as well. really, really good idea. what was it like living there, btw? me and my friends are hoping to do a trip throughout south america - rio is pretty far away from where we were planning, but you got to have some crazy stories from living there.phantas777

Yeh, I pretty much grew up there. since i was like6 then moved when I was 17. So I know all there is to know basically about the city, all of my friends were brazilian and I speak portugues. Living there was amazing, so many good times. If you are going on a road trip and really absolutely cant go to Rio u should ckeck out salvador in bahia, or maybe Natal (vry beautifull area). there r many places north-east that you could go. maybe also fernando de nornonhia? its an island of the east coast of brazil. Yeh, I was just watching the trailer and realized Rio would be an amazing city for GTA, iv got hundreds of ideas allready.
