Imo, games= 360 is manlier

I agree, but anyone who needs a console as big as PS3 or 360 is obviously compensating for something. 

Devices used to play video games, how manly could they possibly be? (hint: not very)

The world would be a better place if any "mentally challenged" that buys consoles as virtual penis extensions to brag about them to their friends at school, would do real manly things like:

• Bungee jumping without a rope
• Getting shoot at without showing pain (preferably in the head)
• Only eat glass and nails
• Use poisonous snakes to tattoo themselves
• Only drive their other penis extension while drunk and not using seat belts

the list goes on...

Seriously: If you have to think about how manly your stuff is, you're definitely not.

360 may be erect but the PS3 can make it through a night without blowing its top.  Ps3 can also do a couple positions.

I am female so I'll give my opinion for the interested.

To me the WII is the most manly console, and why? Because it actually doesn't TRY to be manly.

the WII is just fun and humouristic (sp?) which are qualities I appreciate when guys have them also. :p

I think I was over that when I was 15 or so.

But now I can clearly see why you're so worried about not being "manly".

Man don't have to be insecure about doing things that others consider "kiddy". Come back when you're 35, maybe you'll understand then (though, I heavily doubt it).

I have to agree on that, I just can't stop myself if I see the opportunity to write something remotely funny. ;)

Plus, imho, opening a thread about this and laughing at people that maybe like to play games the TC considers "kiddy" is about as immature one could possibly be, sweet irony.

It's kinda sad for me to see how whole industries drive on these stereotypes, as it says a lot about the nature of humans themselves. Though, I can understand when a kid wants to be like "the big ones", but it worries me when grown adults still fail to realise that it doesn't effing matter and is something used only to get the money of insecure people.

Because I'm such a nice guy, here are some insider tips for the TC to become much more manly:

• thread women as objects created only for your sexual pleasure
• don't show feelings. even better is: don't have them and never ever cry, whatever the circumstances are
• always stay well informed about where the latest "superstar" of the moment took a $h¡t.
• follow every fad the shiny magazines, advertising and fancy tv shows tell you to do
• get a brain lobotomy or just don't use it at all. The people that want your money will tell you what's right
• make a thread about it on a forum about video games, like System Wars

Personally this is a no brainer, the 360 just eminates testostorone, from its shooter heavy line up, to the burly controllers, hell even in its posture, the 360 stands "erect" while the PS3 just lays there. The fact that Sony has always catered to the feminite JRPG cosplay wearing japanese wannabe demographic doesn't help them either. So, I'm I wrong? I'd love to hear pros and cons to this statement.zayas_81

Let's see. The PS3 stands on its side as well. Fail. The PS3's biggest game is a shooter, and two of its biggest upcoming games (KZ2 and UT3) are shooters as well. Fail. How do games like God of War or Grand Theft Auto cater to "the feminite (sic) JRPG cosplay wearing japanese wannabe demographic"? Those games were the big hitters last gen. I'm glad Sony's lineup is diverse enough to include all the "manly" games as well as the "feminite" (sic) JRPGs. Something for everyone.
