Many 360 owners own two 360s because of RRoD/E74???

My bro's 360 just E74'ed yesterday after RRoDing 2 years earlier.His friends are all Halo/X-Box Livefanboys and they all have two working 360s at all times so that when one dies they can send it in while using the other. My bro is going to do the same thing and he needs that new 360 NOW because OMFG ODST COMES OUT NEXT WEEK!!!!! It never ceases to amaze me how terrible the 360 is. Yet somehow X-Box Live and Halo have people in a trance and they're willing to buy two 360s just so they can have their fix of whatever is so great about Halo and XBL.

Do many 360 owners really have two 360s?? I just don't understand it. What a waste of money.

It'd be interesting to see one get rrod and the next day the other get e74. Would anyone want to stick with a console after that?

i have 2, an elite and an arcade none of them broke yet knock on wood but i have 2 ps3s too, ps3 and elite in my room and ps3 and arcade in the game room where the young kids can run around and increase chances of breaking my systems

Itreally must be a pretty good console TC, if what you say is true and people will keep going back to it no matter how many times it breaks down?

I guess that the OP is totally unaware that many PS3 owners own more than 1 PS3 for the same reason eh? YLOD or BLOD anyone? Come on.. these 360 RROD threads got tiresome a long time ago. RROD & YLOD are caused by the same issue, cheap lead free solder & excessive heat.
