mario galaxy graphics??

it can't possibly be worse than sunshine because it will run in progressive scan at 480x576p at 60 frames per second.

infact it will look alot better than sunshine

compare the screenshots side by side and you'll see

esspecially the one where petey pirahna is chasing mario on that asteroid

that looks nice.

SMG looks vastly better than SMS. The art style is also better this time around, and it just looks fun.

SMG looks graphically awesome. It undoubtly looks better than any games with the exception of cryisis. It even looks better than the darkness (which does have good graphics just chekc out the new video)

who said the wii cant do bettr graphics than the 360?

How do you know you don't like them when you don't have them. Have you at least rented it?

i woudl say it the one of the 2 games that look decent on wii (the other being SSBB IF there's no downgrade)

but then again......it doesnt seem to render much, the empty backgrounds probably help the wii a lot, if it had full 3d backgrounds to render i doubt that it would have 60 fps

i think that there is certainly an improvement over sunshine, no doubt about it

thing is, even with that, mario galaxy are nothing impressive for today's standard, after seeing GeOW i just can't say that galaxy has "great" graphics

Not that the texture quality of mario's pants bothers me, but we haven't seen anything from mario galaxy in almost a year now. Maybe galaxy has had some texture updates since then.

sunshine came out early in the cubes life if it was redone on the gc now it would look much better . that being said smg dosnt look all the great grafix wise at all rockstar183

Yeah? And? look at Luigi's Mansion and Rouge Squadron. Both GC launch titles that both look like early Xbox360 games.

The the second SMS pick is kinda blurry you can see in the eyes

I think it's no contest. Galaxy looksa lotbetter, and if its 60fps then it's better still. There's also no telling how large the game is, it could be a lot bigger than sunshine.
