Well each zelda game iv played has yet to dissapoint me so ill go with that. I never got into pokemon and I just dont care about mario anymore. The only recent mario that I liked alot was super paper mario for wii.

Mario ~ up to 64 Zelda ~ up to ALttP (waiting on Majora's Mask, have a copy of Wind Waker... Twilight Princess was decent, dislike Ocarina of Time) Pokemon ~ up to Red/Blue
I'm much more of a Metroid guy. And Castlevania has taken over Metroid for "most favourite series."
Zelda. I've loved every Zelda games except Windwaker thus far (It was a bore, get over it.) A close second would be Pokemon, since I rather like most of those games. Mario comes in Third, just because I haven't liked the 3D games that much (Except Galaxy...Galaxy was amazing) The 2D games were great though.
Pokemon, it is the greatest franchise that I have played of the 3. Mind you I haven't touched any of these titles in a long time but I remember myself really enjoying the pokemon thing.
Zelda. Pokemon hasn't changed since release, not even the story. All the mario games feel one of two ways: a linear 2d platformer or a linear 3d platformer (at least the last couple). They honestly haven't really changed in almost any way since the first super mario bros. (or whatever the first 2d one was called) or mario 64 (which was most definitely the best 3d mario game).
No poll? Well I guess not having one gets more writen responses. Back on topic Zelda all the way, because I love the puzzles, dungeons, and the setting.
oh and also pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time it is the best of all the games it has the best story line and i cried my brains out at the end when grovyle celebi and you die its so sad i still hatee duscnoir . dialga should have brought back grovyle
I enjoy all three series, but nothing beats playing a new zelda game. Pokemon fell off after the first two generations, and Mario doesn't tend to excite me as much as the other two.
