It really comes down to resolution. Xbox is upscaled 720, it’s outputting at 1080p but it’s upscaled from 720. Whereas PlayStation 4 is native 1080p. So that’s really the only graphical difference. But it is enough. Some people here are saying they don’t really notice a difference…

I did buy COD4 and MW2 at release. After that I always wait till I can get a copy for under $30 as all I play are the campaigns.

Its a blurry mess because its running on a 7y old system which in this case have the same resolution as your 720Pee Box. For a console title, TLOU is one of the best looking games around but last time i checked graphics kings have not showed up on consoles for a long ass time because hardware is extremely outdated. Your Xbone was outdated over half a year before launch #dealwithit.

Thanks for posting, seems like some people cannot tell the difference between the 2.....there's going to be one, but not enough to be a deal breaker.. this is in line with many of the opinions I've read online about this.

Online-heavy games will be best played on the superior online service, XBL...... I'll leave the PS4 for single player games, hopefully we'll start seeing some nice Naughty Dog exclusives in 2014.

Anyone really expecting unbelievable looking games out of the gate are going to be disappointed. Trying to sit here and argue and debate over which system COD looks better is crazy and a complete waste of time.

I find it funny that MS has basically gagged devs from saying the obvious = the 500 bucks x1 is much weaker than the 400 ps4. Still is is really funny to see consolites make such a big deal anbout 1080p when hermits had that for a decade and have moved on to 4k gaming.

No matter how you look at it x1 is a bad value:

1. Ps4 cost less

2. Ps4 is stronger

3. Ps4 has more exclusives and new ip's 20 in the 1st year alone.

4. Psn plus is cheaper and gives you quality games on ps4 with similar features found in live gold for 10 bucks less.

5. Nobody should get a x1 after the drm MS tried to make gamers bend over for.

480i is nowhere near 720P.

Sadly most consolites never saw a real 1080p game on a calibrated 1080p display. Add in they sit at the wrong distance in poor lighting and no wonder some can't tell the difference. To them 720 = 1080p and it is not such a big deal. I also have to factor in that maybe there problem might just be their eyes ??

I also have people saying they can't tell the difference from 30fps vs 60 fps and all I can say is WOW.

I would like you to admit the truth, that 720p is in no way shape or form a "blurry mess" as you have said repeatedly in todays exchange. I would also like a million dollars in disability from the US Army, but I live in a place called reality.
