Mass Effect andromeda vs Deus Ex mankind Divided

I never liked Mass Effect so Deus Ex win by default

Andromeda will eat Deus EX MD for breakfast critically, commercially and by love of fanbase lol.

but not quality wise and also Deus Ex has much bigger fanbase. its more than decade old franchise.

Counting on both being fantastic.

If I had to pick one it would be Mass Effect, looking forward to both obv.

Mass Effect had one good game, the first. And even that wasn't very good.

Deus Ex any day man.

When saying RPG shooter it might sound like they belong in the same genre.....

But to me Deus Ex HR was very different from Mass Effect. It is a stealth shooter RPG. Mankind Divided will probably be along those lines as well.

So I wouldn't even want to compare them.

But I am anticipating Mankind Divided more.

I love both but Deus Ex is on another level.

I want them both to be great, but I enjoy exploring alien worlds and reading about the civilizations and about their backstories, so my vote goes to Mass Effect.

How long a franchise has been around has nothing to do with how many fans it has.

These are 2 of my 5 most wanted games this year but if I had to pick one it would be Deus Ex.

How does this correlate to Mass Effect exactly ?

Love both of these games so it's hard to choose. I guess I'll go with Mass Effect since it plays from a 3rd Person Perspective.

Dues EX are awesome series by quality and story, never doubting it. I myself love Deus EX very much. Its Just Mass Effect appeals more ( From Casual gamers to Hardcore gamers as a Solid Timepass game) for class varied action oriented gameplay ( ME plays like a solid TPS), space explorations and customisations lol.

Mass Effect > Deus Ex always, but we know practically nothing about Andromeda right now, so I can't really compare the two games

Deus Ex, because thats what I've been asking for.

I will be getting both but as that wasn't an option I went for Mass Effect as I enjoyed the first 3 and it will sit nicely alongside my collection of Sailor Moon dolls lol

I love both series but I think I will enjoy Mankind Divided more. Human Revolution is my favorite game from last Gen so I have high hopes.

Definitely Deus EX. Last game was one of the best games ever. Mass Effect is a kinda crappy game series but with a very nice atmosphere. Deus ex also has a very nice atmosphere but a much better game otherwise.

Voted Deus Ex over Mass Effect for once. Both are epic games imo.

I greatly enjoyed the Mass Effect trilogy. I couldn't have fun with Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

So definitely Andromeda for me. I will be passing on Mankind Divided.

They are both good, but I like Deus Ex better

Deus Ex Mankind Divided. I don't trust new Bioware.

I'm hoping that both will be good but I'm looking forward to Deus Ex more than Mass Effect

as much as I love Deus Ex I have more investment in the ME universe and I think it has the POTENTIAL to be the more enjoyable of the two for me personally, but it also has a higher chance of being really shit given the weird state of Bioware in this day and age.

Extremely excited for both, but have to give the edge to ME.

@ghosts4ever: Compared to 2003 - 2009 GT very dull, its been more than 10 years since I've been to gamespot, too much has changed sine then so I can't really say, but so far its pretty good, ran into a bunch of interesting threads, and of course you got blogs here (something GT removed...the idiots...) and overall better structure forum.

This forums blog days were ruined with the site redesign, back then it was easier to have your profile page, with a panel on the side of the most recent blogs on your friends list, and it was convenient to get across the forum and actually comment and get comments for those things. Nowadays you get it via that notification nonsense, and I would argue less people respond to that.

Excited for both but voted Deus Ex. Need to see some Mass Effect gameplay.

I'll probably enjoy Andromeda more, but both games are going to be dope. Even ME3 was good until the craptastic ending.

How can people get excited for Andromeda, didn't you learn from the last two Bioware games?

I have more faith in Mass Effect, they made a trilogy of that was both exceptional and consistent. As for Deus Ex HR, I didn't think it was worthy of all the buzz by a long shot. It had a lot of potential it didn't meet. It was okay at best, but not worth all the hype. It has lots of room to improve, I'm just not holding my breath for it to reach its potential. Hopefully stealth amounts to more than being able to throw boxes at a wall and picking of investigating AI one at a time.
