Are you kidding me? Heavy Rain's facial emotions take leaps over what any game's rigs have accomplished today. When you see a character talk in Mass effect it looks quite bland compared to the rather accurate and subtle facial expressions of heavy rain. No contest, Heavy Rain.
For now I'm going with Mass Effect simply because it's graphics have been proven to be in-game. Heavy Rain is still too far from a final product to know wether the final engine will pull those graphics off.

How is that fanboyism ?? that pic is from the CGI trailer sony released 2 years ago and that mass effect picture is ingame were the fanboyism there ?? can you please show me :roll: and what are you talking about in your last sentence I have a 360 and a HD TV so you obviously are making wrong assumptions.

heavy rain by miles..."mary smith" felt likea real person. Bioware are very good at creating really asorbing storylines, and universes, but they're characters are just flat archeytpes a helluva lot of the time. nothing realistic at all about them.
if someone's ill-tempered that's pretty much them all over.

Failure. It was a showcase of an engine for all consoles. No longer for 360 now.

Mass Effect. Heavy Rain doesn't even have an actual estimated year of release yet. We know everything about Mass Effect and nothing about Heavy Rain. Technically, the Heavy Rain target render looks superior, but that's because it is a target render.
