Mass effect will be coming exclusively to the 360, but it's sequels may not be. Even though mass effect is being published by microsoft, mass effect is owned by bioware. So, the sequels may not be exclusive to the 360. MS is going to talk with EA and Bioware in the near future regarding the IP.
