You guys say jrpgs are boring because you pick and choose your attack but in mass effect you have to pick and choose what you want to say and what weapon you want to use , not mention the game is short.deavincalhoun
Weaksauce. You obviously know nothing about the game from your post. If this was on the PS3 would it be teh awesome? Move along, nothing to see here.
Cows lecturing about game length...hilarious
I'm willing to bet that Mass Effect lasts about the same amount of time it takes to play through every AA+exclusive on the ps3

The funny part is that, you aren't exaggerating
lol
...not at your thread, which deserves the amount of attention that could fit in this perid (.)
but at you saying the PS3 is the awesomest thing out there and that we shouldn't "hate" on it.
The American educational system at work...

Why do you people from some other place around the world no one cares about have to attack America? I guess you people are jealous of us which is understandable
Final Fantasy is for men that love men and Mass Effect is for men that are menBig_Gamer_Al
the hell does that mean? sure the TC was dumb to post this but why are people bashing FF?

I live in America. The American educational system is a joke (Its been shown American children are doing worse on testing year on year, while other industrialized nations improve), as is many institutions in this country, including the federal government, which took world-wide support and concern and managed to turn it into world-wide disdain within a couple years.

I like America and its' people by the way!

How come people in South Africa care about America so much when Africa has problems of it's own?

Ask Miss South Carolina... she started it.

No offense, but you can't really compare the UK and USA education systems. The UK is streets ahead.
Like you would know living in South Africa
I love how people know so much about the rest of the world but have no idea what's going on in there own place in the world.
This is a video game forum, how are sales of anything in South Africa doing?
Well maybe you should move to the UK where everybody is smart has has great teeth.

European people at least recognize that there is more outside their country. I would prefer to live in Canada, but I will eventually settle for Washington for its tech companies.
Americans are, for the majority, far to self-centered for my tastes, and I am not just talking about the overwhelming sense of materialism our culture preaches. I am talking about the fact that most Americans know absolutely nothing about places outside the US.

Maybe in South Africa everybody knows everybody, but here in America with over 300 million people it's kind of hard.

Look up any study on worldwide testing. You will clearly see the US consistently on the bottom of the barrel in the industrialized world.
As for it being a video game forum, you started the OT talk to begin with. But baring that, you can see this self-centered attitude here on SW when people post things like "Only US sales matter, Japan and Europe don't count".

We'll miss you when you move to Canada with Alec Baldwin

He must be right. What would someone like me, not being a US citizen, know about anything? I guess having lived on three continents and having travelled widely doesn't qualify me for much.
It must suck to be me. I guess I will have to suffer in silence, whimpering in a corner clutching my bachelor's degree in one hand and my professional charter in the other.
Of course I jest. Everyone's opinion counts. Except the TC's who clearly isexperiencing some serious ME envy.

You clearly know nothing about South Africa. I'm actually Dutch and moved from Holland to South Africa first. That must have been a downward step then in your opinion.

The worst part of that is that it's the self-proclaimed "Christians" who arepreaching about materialism. And the vast majortiy tend to side with the Right.
And I'm a Christian and it disgusts me.

I only care about my country and don't make ignorant posts about other people's home lands like people like you do, and I certainly don't think like some anime geek that thinks it's better living in Japan or Canada.

Wow random off topicness. If you wanna know why look in the mirror. Loud, dumb, annoying. Not saying all Americans are but the ones that are... Yeah... "Some other place around the world no one cares about" that'll make people like America more... /sarcasm.
But baring that, you can see this self-centered attitude here on SW when people post things like "Only US sales matter, Japan and Europe don't count".

There is some truth to that because the USA is the largest market. I think all 3 regions are important, but (IMO) cows put too much importance on Japan.
