May 2010 -- Your Favorite Game

So the month of May is just about over, and what a month it has been! So which game was your favorite? How many have you played? Which do you wish you could play?

My choice is Alan Wake, for the game you need to play, the storytelling is fantastic and the world of Bright Falls is really amazing to wonder around in. Once you get through the first episode, you won't want to stop until you figure out how the story ends.

I have only played Alan Wake and Red Dead out of the list, but for game I would like to play I would have to go with Super Mario. I'm no fan of platformers, but the game just seems so well crafted that anyone would enjoy it.

Cave Story because that's a Real Game that came out in March.

anyways i haven't bought any new games in May, but i'm definitely going to pick up SMG2 asap

as for March, the only game i bought in that month was Metro 2033 for PC

I started playing Majora's Mask a few days ago, and along with Forza Motorsport 3 (which I also started in May) are probably my two favourites.

For the record, Alan Wake was my favorite game the month until SMG2.

Of course I haven't played Red Dead (and won't until next year) and I've only just started SMG2. But to be honest it's not really grabbing me so far. :/

I think maybe I'm too picky. I never liked GTA serise so I never bought GTA4 and feel I might do the same for RDR.

I wish someone could help me decide is RDR a great buy regardless if GTA is not for me because I don't want to miss out on a great game. Are the people who are praising this game the same people who like GTA or is there something diffrent in RDR that makes it great for people who might not like GTA?

I didn't really like GTA4, but I loved RDR.

Out of those red dead Redemption with Alan wake as a close second. Still my favourite is Mass effect 2

In March? Super Street Fighter 4 and Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey. As for May between Red Dead Redemption and Alan Wake.

1. Red Dead

2. Alan Wake

3. Mario Galaxy2

4. Mod Nations

I haven't bought any May games. :(But I just recently got Splinter Cell: Conviction and Torchlight and I enjoy them both very much.
