Maybe Apple and Sony is not such a bad idea

I still wouldn't want Apple to buyout Sony. With all the rumors of a Sony takeover, It might be interesting since Apple is currently doing better (financially) than Microsoft. It seems like it would only make the Playstation 3 more of a threat to Microsoft which wouldn't make XBOX 360 fanboys too happy. Apple's control over products they ownis not what I would like to see in SCE, so no.

idk Sony already upmarks there tvs which suck, just because its sony, so atleast apple wont effect the tv sector. everything else is going to get a $500 price incease

I'd say they also have superior products, but I really don't want to get flammed. Either way, Apple brand name is in, and Microsoft (which is losing money on no account of Apple anyways) is rather on the out.

Two companies that both love overpricing their products. I think they would make a happy couple. So instead of a 100 dollars more over the xbox for a ps4. Expect to pay twice as much for a ps4.

But i highly doubt apple will sink money in a company that just came off huge losses.

^^ Reminds me -- the single most flawed electronics product in history is the MacBook Air. It has no disk drive, the intercooler gets blasted easily and it has the processing power of a Nokia N95. And all for a low, low price of $2799 AUD. That's how much they charge for the damn thing here.
