McDonald's no longer offering free WiFi to DS users

I wonder what sheep have to say about this... How many sheep even play online on DS, let alone eat crappy burgers at McDonalds:

So, are you a DS WiFi gamer? I used to be, until I saw a number of cheaters in Mario Kart, but now I only play games online on my PC and 360 :)

Could this be the end of Nintendo? Will they finally become 3rd party developers like fanboys told me?

Sheep, stop dismissing this as no big deal. It's McDonalds here. When a name that big isn't on your side, you know it's gonna go downhill from here. What's next, the Wendy's right across the street? Maybe then you'll take notice, and realize that it is a big deal to be able to play on Wi-Fi inside a fast food joint.

Nintendo, you somehow screwed up big-time here. I don't want to support a company that isn't supported itself by the biggest name in the fast-food industry. What happened to the good old days when you partnered with BK with those Pokemon toys that were choking hazards? You've lost it, Nintendo.

...It's McDonalds that's losing the deal here. The contract ended and Ninty didn't want to renew it; McDonalds didn't forcibly end their prior contract or anything :P And as you can see in this thread, no gamers ever even used the McDonalds oppurtunity, giving Ninty good reason to not pay extra money for such a thing.
