Reading the blog comments, seems it's only PS3-exclusive in NA.

Great news, I played both versions PS3 and Xbox 360, and PS3 version I liked better for a couple of reasons, so this is a great bonus.

To any old-heads who remember the fantastic Metal Gear Solid: VR missions game, this should be fantastic fun. Knowing this will be on PS3 makes it a absolute must-purchase on that console for me. Shame Xbox fans will miss out, or at least for a few months.

Well they know what the majority of MS's demographic is, so it makes sense to give this to the PS3.

According to the demo

360 has screen tearing

PS3 has no tearing

360=55fps on average

PS3=53fps on average

360 also has better particle effects

Cutscenes on PS3 look better
