Metal Gear Solid 4: Sony Claimed Exclusive

If anything could rival the myth of Global Warming, it's probably Konami's hit series, Metal Gear Solid finding its future installment on the XBOX 360. This game has been at the tip of the iceberg for rumors for a year now. A lot of 360 loyalists truly believed that this game would be ported over to their console of choice, however, at CES, Sony has officially shown that MGS4 will be a Sony Exclusive.

who cares, sony needs all the help they can get anyways

plus they can have it, I don't really consider mgs series the be all end all in video games anyways

Sony can claim it is exclusive if it is a timed game , don't lose sight of that.

Don't be silly, the bottom quater of the screen is white, which is the same colour as the arcade and premium. Thatmeans konami must be in talks with microsoft now to bring it out on the 360 within a month of the PS3 version!

If it is worldwide they should have no problem..the game isnt coming till June/July so they got plenty of time to advertise.

Sony keeps throwing checks at Konami to keep it exclusive, since MGS4 is probably the only possible AAA quality game for PS3.

Hardcore PS3 guys will be buying this one, the intelligent people will rent it before wasting their money.

Sony can claim it is exclusive if it is a timed game , don't lose sight of that.

I'm not particualy bothered though. Never really liked MGS. Only MGS games I've played are the Ac!D series. Dislike the plot and gameplay tbh. Although I'm not really fan of stealthers. Bar maybe Double agent. My favourite stealth game for a while.

I suggest you guys try and read reports on global warmings that dont come from companies enviromental companies that stand to benefit from this. Ever notice how when a tobacco company hires a scientist who does research that supports their claim, everyone is like "Yeah, whatever..obviously they are gonna say that! they are supported by the Tobacco company!" Why cant you guys use that estute (sp?) way of thinking when it comes to global warming? You do realize that the people who fund alot of the research that you see on the news, want..need global warming to be real...right? You know the UN division that is meant to deal with the problem of Global Warming? Do u think they want to find evidence against global warming? and lose all their funding and be out of jobs? How about all those environmental groups that are making a killing off of global warming? do they want the subject matter to die? I think not. Be a smart reader and realize that just because its on CNN doesnt mean its not biased. Dont get me wrong, im not saying that the UN and Green Groups are lying to the public...they just have their skewed view. Green Groups want prove global warming, Industrialists want to desprove it. They all have natural biases.

I agree with you, but at the sametime we shouldnt have this league of extraordinary fanboys claiming that its coming the X360. I mean Halo3 and SSBB could come to PS3 if MS stock fell due to a scandal of watergate proportions and Nintendo Wiis started blowing up and their stock fell and Sony bought both respective companies. The claim that "It could still come to X system even though it was called an exclusive", while valid, is not practical on System Wars because it has no finite lifespan. MGS4 could pop up on the X360 in 2030 as some MGS 50th anniversary or sum junk like that for special antique collectors. But would that be reason enough for System Wars ownage? Technically yes but obviously thats retarded so we cant use this "well, they never said its NEVER coming to X360...so i cant be owned on the fact that i claimed it was coming to X360 until the video game industry dies....." arguement. And using the fanboy logic "well, MGS is not an Playstation Family exclusive anymore! it was on Xbox, So MGS4 has every chance of coming to X360!!!" cant PS3 owners claim that NG2 is coming to PS3 since sigma was on PS3 too? I mean thats just as likely or even more as MGS4 going to X360.

The truth is out! Im sellin ps3 now just because i now have no purpose for my 360. But maybe because the backround is black the white font means that micorosoft is secretly owned and surrounded by sony(black). So that means....
