"I can not say I'll do a direct conversion of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker on Playstation 3. However, this game was a challenge in terms of its development on the PSP for me and I probably will preserve the base of it. And if I had to port it to another console, I would add even more depth to the story."

I think Kojima said it was suppossed to be called MGS5, they obviosly decided not to. Though if you play it, it definately feels like it.

Port it to the Wii imo. We need an MGS title!

I doubt Kojima wants to waste his time on too many ports... but I suppose it's only right for Peace Walker to get the same type of frequent port rumors MGS4 got. 3DS would actually be a more logical platform choice than any of the consoles, but resources are already being devoted to the MGS3 remake on it.

My thoughts on this:

1- I really doubt this new MGS is just a port of PW to the PS3. That's not really Kojima's thang... none of his games have been remakes with only ONE exception and that's because Miyamoto asked him to do it, and as he respects Miyamoto he agreed, but stepped away and let Silicon Knights to handle that remake. So I think this is a fresh MGS, lucky for us.

2- Let's say it's indeed a remake of PW, that would be really sweet. I'm loving my PW and I'm pretty sure if it was ported and enhanced with a PS3 version, man... I said it yesterday or the day before "If Peace Walker was a PS3 game, it would reing this gen" it's simply THAT awesome and everybody should try it.

Its likely the game will be very different on the PS3 if it gets ported. Thus, it will be both a PSP and PS3 exclusive just like GRAW is a 360 exclusive,
