No. I dunno if you had this experience, but remember back in the day of the Gameboy, how all of the sudden these little machines that claimed that had 99 games in 1, started popping out in every corner? Well its something like that. Similar design to x-box 360 but instead you get some really old games from NES and SNES, some in 3-d if you are lucky. I don't think that they are doing anything illegal though, since they are selling x-game, not x-box.

My friend had something similar, it was a GBC cartige and it had all of the pokemon games, up to gold and silver. Needless to say it was a pirated version, man Mexico has some 1337 pirating skillz... but anyways.. I had a legit copy of Yellow and another legit copy of Gold, and when we tried to battle... he'd appear as a some totally red dude, then he's say some gibberish, and they he'd loose.. O__o.. yeah weird.. But anyways.. its not like mexico is "selling fake 360" thats wrong.. it should read, "mexican manufacturer seeks to cling to 360's fame," by decieving customers... LOL.. a bit worse.. but its BUISNESS.

Not only that, but that happens here in the US as well... there was some freaking weird thing at walgreens.. that played original nintendo cassettes (tapes).

NeoGen perhaps? Or theres also the SuperTwin and some others, they actually play the system's games and you can get controllers for them as well. BTW, its cartridges, not cassettes. Games haven't been on tape since Commodore 64 days.
