I don't really think you play MGS4 by running through trying to kill everybody. It has lots of stealth elements. And I don't think Uncharted looks like a traditional shooter. MGS4 and Uncharted are action/adventure games and FF 13 in a RPG.

MGS4 is a stealth game more than a shooter. It's not like going Halo on everything with a bazooka. Of course you are correct it does show a gun so if that is what qualifies as a shooter to you then ok.

But originally a game with a behind the shooter cam and a gun is a shooter. Though ther are different types of shooter now but thatdoesn' make it not a shooter.

agreed, hes using the same logic that cows use to call mass effect a shooter
And Uncharted would be more of a Third Person-Adventure or even Action/Adventure game just like Tomb Raider. It's a game that has action in it, but seems like it will be relying more on it's story and exploration of the enviroment than its action sequences.
