In the end it's not about 480p, 720p or 1080p. It's all about how much fun you can have playing the game. Take Gears of war for example. The game was master piece for it's time (even now its one of the best looking games) but honestly 30 minutes into the game i was so sucked into the game (playing co-op with a buddy of mine)i was not even thinking about the graphics.

It is this kind of immature fanboyism that makes the point in itself. What makes next gen is more than how many people like a single game, it is the technology delivering a wholly new experience in gaming. MGS4 will be the first game of its kind in this Gen not only because of the visual experience but the story, various options and styles of gameplay and how much control the player ultimately has. Halo is a good game, yes its true. However it doesn't bring anything new to the genre, the new guns, vehicles, and graphics are all based around the same mechanics. Nothing new or innovative. Halo 3 is Halo 2 regurgitated, hence Halo 2.5. Understand that, it makes the truth easier to accept.

The 360 is becoming "that box you play Halo on" like the Gamecube and SSB:M. The Wii is not going to fall into that crack because they know what they are doing, true innovation. The PS3 doesn't need the pointless hype-fest that all the fanboys created for Halo 3, at this point in its lifetime it is to be expected that sales will be lower as the games that are desired are finished. I know of so many owners ot 360s either selling their Halo 3s back to the vendor (at rock bottom returns) or the system itself because of technical glitches. "Askfordetails" please take the inane drivel somewhere else; suggestions include a Halo 3 forum, an AA chapter, and your shrink .
