MGS4 Raiden Themed DLC? Trophies? Kojima productions comments on rumors!

As of now, the latest speculation is that Konami will announce Raiden based DLC for the PS3. Coinciding with the DLC will also be the long awaited Trophy patch for MGS4. Players will take control of Raiden through a total of 2 new chapters. Whether or not this will take place during the events of MGS4 or will be something completely new isn't known.

It's also being rumored that MGS4 will officially be announced for the 360. To keep Sony and PS3 owners happy, the 360 won't see the game until Spring 2010. The 360 version will come packed with the DLC, but PS3 owners will have it exclusive for several months before the 360 title is released.

Here at Game Of Honor; as much as we love rumors, we would rather get the truth instead of false information. Were all gamers at heart so I for one speaks for everyone when I say "Enough Of The Rumors". It's not a bad effort from Kombo to create such hits to achieve on there site. But Kombo had nothing to back up there sources. We love what we do; get the truth.

So we contacted our friends at Kojima Productions on this matter and there reaction toward it.

Meh seems like one of those pipe dreams everyone promotes as the truth this time of the year to get hits.

Sounds good. Considering Kojima has no real obligations to keep MGSIV a PS3 exclusive, I am hoping it'll end up on the 360.

Damn... it hurts when there is a game you want and you just cant have it.

I'm not buying a PS3 just for that one game, even if it is amazing.

all of this sound plausable and awesome, except the part about i going to the 360. just not going to happen.

I need those trophys in my life, and playin as Raiden would be dope, take me back to MGS2.

I would love some trophies for my MGS4. I would try my hardest to get plat.

Yeah trophy support would be great but I dont really care so much about the Raiden DLC stuff though.

Sigh everyone just needs to stop it. JUST STOP IT MGS4 IS NEVER COMING TO THE 360 its been said time and time again from Kojima, from the president of konami, and everyone else that worked on the project. IT aint coming to the 360 if you want it go buy a ps3 and get the game if not than to bad.

One is a rumour and the other is a supposed confirmation from a free blog......

I've giving a ''maybe'' to the rumour and a STFU to the Blog, sorry :|.

If a Twitter is unreliable then so is a blog, until I hear that confirmation from a website such as Kotaku (I'm pretty sure they tried several times to contact and they would receive a response, not that random blog) then I'm not believing one bit out of it.
