Well it's being retailed as a seperate game, I think the MGO that came with MGS4 was more of a taster.

Different game. They said that is was going to be seperate from jump street.

Look at it like this. Gears, COD4, RB6 have muiltplayer intergraded into the game. If you have MGS4 and you try to play MGO, you'll notice that the PS3 has to load the program.

Okay so if MGO is a seperate game from MGSIV, then is Halo3 MP and Gears MP seperate too? Do all games with MP deserve to be judged seperately from the SP campaign?

It has nothing to do with bad game design. It called, throwing MGO in at the last mintue. MGO has nothing to do with MGS4.

One of the guys above me even gave a link to play-asia and it even has the game sold seperate. Does Halo have thier MP sold seperate? No it doesnt. Does Call of Duty have thier MP sold seperate? No it doesnt. How about Gear of War? I'll let you anwser that one. I'll give you some help if you need it.

LOL..... METAL GEAR online has nothing to do with METAL GEAR solid 4, even though they were developed at the same time, placed on the same disc, developed by the same team of developers and use the same graphics engine/code? Ummm.... okay.

LOL you think it's a completely different game because it's sold seperately? Wow I bought COD4 map packs..... its A WHOLE NEW GAME!!!! It's true, because I bought it seperately..... lol @ your "logic"

secondly, you're argument was that its a seperate game because it was sold seperately, well so is DLC..... so in your own words that makes it a seperate game..... it wasn't my "dump" (lol) idea, but yours in fact.

so why did you vote the other way? a moment ago it was 22 - 31... now its 22 - 32..... after you posted.

Metal Gear Online is NOT a separate. It's simply the online portion of MGS4, just like Call of Duty 4 or Halo 3 etc. have online in addition to the single-player. MGO is a part of MGS4. Many games have expansion packs, and that won't change the matter.

Is TF2 part of HL2 series? On the same disk doesn't always been thats its part of it . And like someone else said there is places you can buy it seperatly.

Also I would actually seperate HL2 deathmatch, from the HL2 series aswell. Just me I don't know if anyone agrees with me on that one though.

I remember reading somewhere that Hideo Kojima has nothing to do with MGO other than consulting about the engine and such.
