Microsoft Appreciation Thread.

I would just like to take a second and give my thanks microsoft for spoiling me with more games then i can afford.

Ain't that the truth. Except I can afford them, I just don't have the time to play. I am just getting into Halo 3 online (After beating the single player on legendary and getting a few meta game achievments, and getting the 200 achievments for Puzzle Quest.) I went ahead and bought Half Life 2 OB, and some older games (Lost planet, Tony Hawk P8, and Blue Dragon). When WIll I play them? How can I find the time? Is Mass Effect Really right around the corner?

Too much good stuff.

I have no appriciation for MS at all. Other than publishing and the likes...but...

Epic/Bioware/Capcom/Konami/Many others, etc > Microsoft. I have high appriciation and efforts that the developers put into their games to place on a platform.

Common sense seems to be lacking in this one. If there was no 360, then the game we are seeing today would more than likely be on the PS3 or other new platform introduced by some other company.

PS3 is helped By the Price Cut, but many of us are going to want the BC and will be forced to buy the pricer version, which still costs too much. The 400$ PS3 is a lot like the 360 Arcade bundle. It is good because it will sell consoles, but it probably isn't the SKU you are going to want to buy.

The PS3 has more games now, several solid titles. It has nothing on the 360's library. It has no real killer apps. God of War 2 should have been a PS3 game...

Seriosly, If you like the Xbox why not like the 360? Do you not like playing games?

Thank you Microsoft for being the juggernaut of gaming this gen.

Also I would like to thank reliable gaming sites like Gamespot for recognizing gaming gems and not falling for gaming hype.

yeah they're doing well this gen but that still doesn't excuse the RROD and all their past mistakes.
